Vince Mackel takes an active part in the
total landscape design package, encouraging the best product for the client.
Many projects, due to their significant community impact, require more than
local agency contact, an area of responsibility and service we gladly accept.
We have found many areas of impact rest within the landscape and site, with
agencies wanting to talk to the landscape architect, rather than the principal
design consultant.
This readiness to take responsibility is part of our design package, and
provides an edge to coordinating and completing the design and construction
process in an orderly, time saving and cost effective manner.
In asking a prominent developer of a 560 acre multi use development why they called Mackel
weeks after going out on his own, their answer was simple, "Your
name was listed on four of the five proposals submitted by the Prime Design
Consultants/Architects."
The result of working closely with the client and other professional team
members to produce a project is evident in its success. We pride ourselves in providing people oriented site planning.
