We have found many areas of impact rest within the landscape and site, with agencies wanting to talk to the landscape architect, rather than the principal design consultant. This readiness to take responsibility is part of our design package, and provides an edge to coordinating and completing the design and construction process in an orderly, time saving and cost effective manner. In asking a prominent developer of a 560 acre multi use development why they called Mackel weeks after going out on his own, their answer was simple, "Your name was listed on four of the five proposals submitted by the Prime Design Consultants/Architects."
